A decoupled rebuild of the Bashundhara Real Estate web presence. The WordPress backend was kept intact as the content system while the theme layer was replaced by a Next.js 15 / TypeScript application consuming the WordPress REST API.

The constraint was organisational, not technical. Editorial staff had to keep the authoring tools they already knew, so the CMS stayed exactly as it was while everything downstream was rebuilt — which meant designing around WordPress's existing REST shape rather than reshaping the backend to suit the frontend.
